Buy qualified leads, not media impressions.
You agree a qualification standard and a price. We carry the creative cost, the testing budget and the media risk — and only bill for enquiries that meet the standard. If one does not, you flag it and we credit it.
What you are actually buying
A defined standard
Before launch we write down exactly what counts: required fields, answer bands, geo, language, duplicate window and reachability. That document is the contract. Everything after it is measurement, not opinion.
Speed you can staff around
Leads arrive within a second of the funnel completing, with committed daily caps so your floor is neither starved nor buried. Volume can be shaped by hour if your team works shifts.
Attribution that goes all the way
Every lead carries the campaign, creative and source that produced it. Send outcomes back and you will see cost per meeting and cost per closed deal by individual creative.
What lands in your CRM
A sample record from a property campaign. The answers block is the part that matters — those are the filters the person passed before they were allowed to give you their number.
- Full contact details, validated
- Every qualification answer, in structured form
- Campaign, creative and traffic source
- Preferred language and contact time
- Quality score and consent record

Five steps to first delivery
Discovery call
Your product, market, current cost per acquisition and close rate. We will tell you in this call whether we think your target is achievable — including when the answer is no.
Qualification schema
We draft the definition of a valid lead with your sales lead in the room. This document governs billing, replacements and optimisation for the life of the campaign.
Commercials & caps
Cost per lead, daily and monthly caps, exclusivity, return window and payment terms. Signed insertion order.
Build & integrate
Creative production and funnel build run in parallel with your CRM integration. A test lead goes end to end before anything is billed.
Soft launch, then scale
Controlled volume for seven days while we validate quality against your feedback, then ramp to committed caps.
How this differs from a typical lead vendor
Our honest read of the market. Your mileage with other vendors may vary.
| Typical lead vendor | Mediazoo | |
|---|---|---|
| Creative | Reused stock or publisher-supplied | Produced in-house, per campaign, in two languages |
| Funnel | Single-step form | Multi-step filter funnel, tested continuously |
| Traffic | Resold from a broker | Bought directly by our own traders |
| Optimisation | To form fills | To your CRM outcomes |
| Lead definition | Loose, argued after the fact | Written and signed before launch |
| Exclusivity | Often sold three times | Contracted per campaign and geo |
| Reporting | Monthly spreadsheet | Live dashboard plus weekly read-out |
| Bad leads | Your problem | Credited within the return window |
What we need from you
The campaigns that work best are the ones where the advertiser treats us as part of the sales operation rather than a supplier at the end of a purchase order.
Fast callback
Someone dialling within minutes, not hours. If your team cannot, tell us and we will design around it.
Outcome data back
Contacted, qualified, meeting booked, closed. Even a weekly export materially improves the model.
Honest feedback, quickly
If leads are wrong, tell us in week one. A quiet month followed by a complaint helps nobody.
Compliance sign-off
For regulated products, a named reviewer who can approve creative without a three-week queue.
Realistic runway
Three months is the minimum honest test. Month one is calibration; the compounding starts after that.
The commercial questions
New advertisers typically start on prepayment against an agreed volume, moving to net terms once a relationship is established. Credits for returned leads are applied to the following invoice. Add your actual terms here.
Yes, with reasonable notice — usually 48 hours, because media commitments and creative production run ahead of delivery. Emergency pauses are always honoured immediately; we would rather stop than send leads nobody can work.
Not on exclusive contracts. Shared delivery exists as a lower-cost option and is always disclosed up front — you will never be told a lead is exclusive when it is not.
On cost-per-lead terms that is our risk, not yours — you pay the agreed price regardless of what the media cost us. If the price genuinely cannot be sustained, we come to you and renegotiate openly rather than quietly letting quality slide, which is the usual way that problem gets solved in this industry.
In verticals where the funnel infrastructure already exists, yes. For a bespoke build the production cost needs a reasonable volume commitment behind it — otherwise we are subsidising a test that cannot tell either of us anything reliable.
