About Mediazoo

Twenty years of craft, pointed at one number.

Mediazoo started as a creative shop and became a performance network — because we got tired of making beautiful work that nobody could prove had sold anything. Today the same people who art-direct the campaign also answer for its cost per qualified lead.

The short version

We are a lead generation network headquartered in Dubai, working across the GCC and the expat markets that feed it. We build the creative, engineer the qualification funnel, buy the media on our own risk, and deliver verified enquiries into our clients' CRMs in real time.

The company grew out of an advertising studio — art directors, copywriters, planners, graphic designers and a production team who spent two decades making work for property, finance and retail brands in the region. Somewhere along the way, performance media stopped being a media problem and became a creative one. The teams that could write a headline that changed someone's mind were suddenly the teams that could halve a cost per acquisition.

So we kept the studio, added senior media buyers who had been trading on exchanges since the early days of RTB, and built the technology layer that connects the two: a bidder that learns from what happens in the client's sales pipeline rather than from a pixel that fires on a thank-you page.

What has not changed

The obsession with craft. A Mediazoo creative still gets argued over in a room. The type is still kerned. The Arabic is still written, not translated. We just also know, to the dirham, what that argument was worth.

What has changed

Everything about how the work is bought and measured. Fifteen years ago the client bought a campaign. Today they buy a lead with a defined qualification standard, a replacement policy and a live dashboard. That is a better deal for them, and a harder discipline for us.

This narrative is a well-informed draft based on what you told us. Replace founding dates, team names and milestones with your real history — the structure is ready for it.
Disciplines

Nine crafts, one corridor

Everything that makes a campaign work sits inside the building. No hand-offs to a third-party studio, no waiting on an agency's production queue, no arguing about whose fault the cost per lead is.

Art direction

The people who decide what the campaign looks like and why. Every frame in a multi-step creative is directed, not assembled.

Copywriting

English and Arabic writers who work in-market. Headlines, funnel questions, objection handling, follow-up SMS — all of it earns its keep.

Strategy & planning

Audience mapping, objection modelling, message ladders and the media plan that carries them. The bridge between the brief and the buy.

Graphic design

Layout, typography and system design across dozens of ad formats, landing pages and funnel screens — consistent at every size.

Studio production

Photography, video, UGC-style shoots, voiceover and motion graphics. Concept to delivered master without leaving the building.

Media buying

Traders on exchanges, DSPs, networks and direct publisher deals. Ten-plus years each, and they still check placements by hand.

Data & algorithms

The bidding model, the lead scorer, the fraud filter and the reporting layer. Rebuilt continuously against live outcomes.

Account management

One named contact who knows your close rate, your objections and which of your agents actually calls back within five minutes.

Compliance

Consent capture, data handling, regulated-vertical review and creative sign-off before anything goes near an exchange.

The road here

A studio that learned to trade

Milestones below are illustrative placeholders. Send us the real dates and we will drop them in — the timeline component takes any number of entries.

See what we build now
2005

The studio opens

Founded as a creative and production house serving property and retail clients in the UAE. Print, outdoor, brand films.

2010

Digital becomes the main event

The first performance retainers. Display, early social, and the realisation that a landing page is a creative artefact.

2014

Programmatic buying in-house

Traders join. Exchange and DSP buying moves inside, alongside the first direct publisher deals in the region.

2017

The filter funnel is born

A mortgage client asks for fewer, better applicants. The multi-step qualification funnel becomes the house methodology.

2020

Technology layer ships

Proprietary bid scoring, lead quality models and real-time CRM delivery replace spreadsheets and nightly CSVs.

2023

AI bidding goes closed-loop

Models begin re-fitting nightly against client sales outcomes rather than on-site conversions.

Today

Mediazoo as a network

Advertisers across property, finance and professional services; a curated publisher side; nine markets and counting.

How we behave

Four rules we do not bend

RULE 01

Say the real number

If a target cost per lead is not achievable in a market, we say so in the first meeting rather than discovering it in month three.

RULE 02

Quality beats volume, always

We would rather send 400 leads your sales floor loves than 1,200 it resents. The commercials are built to reward that.

RULE 03

Own the whole chain

Creative, funnel, media, delivery. When one link is outsourced, accountability leaks out of the gap.

RULE 04

Respect the audience

No fake countdowns, no borrowed logos, no bait. It is bad practice, it is bad for the brand, and increasingly it is bad law.

Leadership

The people who answer for the work

Placeholder profiles — send names, titles and photos and we will replace these cards.

Coverage

Where the leads come from

The GCC is home, but property investment in Dubai is a global purchase. We run source-market campaigns wherever the buyer actually lives, then qualify for residency, financing route and visit intent.
